Horizontal balers deliver maximum efficiency and throughput for higher-volume recycling operations. Models range from 30″ to over 72″ wide with customizable lengths to fit specific material handling needs. Power configurations include 208/480V three-phase systems with motors from 10 HP up to 75+ HP, built for continuous-duty and heavy compaction.

Typical Bale Weights:

800 lbs – 2,500+ lbs (material dependent)

Output Capacity:

3–15+ bales per hour depending on model and feed system

Options:

manual-tie or auto-tie systems, conveyor feeds, hoppers, and integrated sorting solutions
